Comprehensive Wellness Concepts
We develop interconnected services combining functional assessment, personalised movement programmes, recovery treatments, natural surroundings and advanced technologies. Concepts can include 3-, 7- and 14-day stays as well as individual services for hotel guests.
Three Levels of Equipment
Premium. Advanced functional assessment, a wide range of movement and recovery programmes, high-end equipment and personalised guest support.
Balance. An effective combination of assessment tools, functional equipment and recovery services aligned with the property's investment budget and operational capacity.
Essential. A compact wellness space with the essential equipment needed for core programmes and individual treatments.
In each case, equipment, programme duration and staffing requirements are defined individually.
Specialised Wellness Concepts
Spinal Mobility and Comfortable Movement. Functional exercises, gentle movement practices, massage and relaxation treatments.
Balance and Coordination. Specialised equipment, stability exercises, sensorimotor training and coordination programmes.
Post-Exercise Recovery. A combination of physical activity, recovery treatments and relaxation.
Active Longevity. Programmes supporting mobility, balance, coordination and everyday physical activity.
Stress Reduction and Recovery. Moderate physical activity, breathing exercises, relaxation and the benefits of natural surroundings.
Specialised concepts can be installed in individual rooms of an operating hotel or integrated into an existing spa.
Modular Solutions
Individual areas can be combined into tailored packages of equipment, treatments and programmes. This creates a distinctive wellness product without the need to build a large multifunctional centre.
Aqua Fitness and Infant Swimming
For hotels, sports facilities and recreational complexes with pools, we develop aqua fitness offerings: selection of professional aquatic exercise equipment, methods for individual and group sessions, and recommendations for staff preparation.
For infant swimming, we define pool, safety, hygiene and equipment requirements and the approach to preparing staff for safe work with infants and communication with parents.
Solutions for Campsites
We help campsites become more attractive by introducing compact wellness facilities adapted to their natural setting, guest needs and existing infrastructure: saunas, hydromassage facilities, relaxation areas and other services that give travellers an additional reason to choose the property.
Mountain Hotels, Alpine Huts and Lodges
Even a small wellness area in an existing room—such as a sauna, hydromassage bath or compact functional training equipment—can broaden a mountain property's appeal beyond traditional outdoor tourism. Mountain environments and moderate altitude may provide distinctive conditions for physical activity, although physiological effects depend on altitude and individual factors. We tailor equipment and service concepts to the location and budget.
From Concept to an Operational Wellness Offering
EL NOVARA develops more than the idea for a wellness space. We provide the practical foundation for its operation: equipment, programmes, service organisation and guest engagement.
Property Assessment and Concept Development
We assess floor area, existing infrastructure, target guests, investment budget and intended service format. We define the direction of the wellness programme, its offering and the functional organisation of the space.
Functional Space Planning
We plan functional areas and equipment placement with consideration for the sequence of treatments, guest circulation, staff workflows and capacity. We prepare concept-level requirements for architects and designers.
Equipment Selection and Specifications
We select equipment for functional assessment, exercise and recovery from leading international manufacturers and established brands. We prepare equipment lists, intended uses, technical requirements and budget-sensitive alternatives. Manufacturer-led staff training is included where provided under the supply terms.
Development of Stay Programmes
We design individual and group programmes of varying duration, with daily schedules for movement sessions, recovery treatments, rest and equipment use.
Functional Assessment and Personalisation
We integrate functional tests and digital tools for assessing movement capabilities. We develop principles for tailoring individual programmes, monitoring change and presenting results to guests.
Wellness Operations
We define the guest journey, session and treatment duration, staff qualification requirements and estimated capacity. We prepare methodological guidance and operational scenarios.
Commercial Offer Structure
We structure individual services, comprehensive programmes and optional extras, with recommendations on packages, service duration, pricing approaches and positioning.
Implementation Support
We advise the client and their specialists as the concept is introduced into an existing or planned property. The scope of support is agreed individually.
Lighting and Sound Integration
Lighting scenarios, chromotherapy, sound design and carefully selected background music help create a distinctive wellness atmosphere. We propose solutions that complement treatments, express the property's identity and enrich the guest experience.
Marketing Support and Themed Retreats
We help prepare clear, appealing descriptions of wellness services for hotel websites, promotional materials and booking systems. An example of guest-facing messaging:
Rediscover the Joy of Movement. Replenish Your Energy.
For extensively equipped properties, including Premium concepts, we help develop themed retreats: group stays on specified dates with a shared focus, schedule and activities. Unlike individual 3-, 7- and 14-day programmes available throughout the year, these group stays can be promoted and sold as standalone events.
Possible themes: freedom of movement and balance; energy and recovery; movement, nature and inner balance.

Human Movement at the Heart of EL NOVARA Concepts
A Science-Informed Approach to Physical Wellbeing and Recovery
Movement is one of the fundamental functions of the human body. It enables not only physical mobility but also continuous interaction between the nervous system and the surrounding environment.
A significant part of brain activity involves sensing body position, maintaining balance, planning movement, coordinating muscle activity and adapting to changing conditions.
Every movement generates sensory information from muscles, tendons, joints and skin, as well as from the visual and vestibular systems. The nervous system uses this information to control the body, maintain stability and adapt movement.
Regular, varied physical activity helps maintain functional ability, muscle strength, joint mobility and coordination.
For this reason, human movement is central to our wellness concepts. Rather than treating it as an isolated activity, we make it the foundation of a complete guest programme.
From Functional Assessment to a Personalised Programme
The EL NOVARA approach begins with assessing movement capabilities, including joint mobility, coordination, balance and other functional measures. Results guide the selection of activities and equipment, adjustment of exercise intensity and tracking of individual progress.
Traditional Practices and Advanced Technologies
Our concepts combine knowledge of movement neurophysiology, biomechanics and sensorimotor coordination with practical methods of developing movement capabilities. Depending on the project's objectives, programmes may include functional exercise, traditional movement practices, specialised equipment, massage, relaxation and digital tools.
Nature as Part of the Recovery Concept
The natural environment is more than an aesthetic advantage for a tourist property; it can also be a functional part of a wellness programme. Coastal settings, mountain landscapes, forest trails, natural light and varied terrain offer opportunities for movement, outdoor activity and relaxation.
Depending on the property's location, a concept may include walking routes, outdoor classes, movement on natural surfaces, breathing exercises and relaxation practices in nature.
We aim to incorporate the local environment into the structure of the guest stay, combining natural features with functional assessment, physical activity and recovery treatments.
An Integrated Guest Programme
Our goal is to create a comprehensive wellness programme for your property, combining digital functional assessment, monitoring of individual results and guest support before arrival, during the stay and after departure.
EL NOVARA — movement as the foundation of meaningful wellness.

New Opportunities for Your Guests
With a developed concept, a hotel or recreational property can offer guests more than individual treatments: it can provide connected programmes built around a shared objective.
Personalised Stay Programmes
Our 3-, 7- and 14-day programmes combine functional assessment, personalised exercise, recovery treatments and rest. Content and intensity are adapted to each guest's abilities.
Mobility and Comfortable Movement
Programmes designed to maintain and improve functional mobility, develop coordination and increase comfort in everyday activities. They may combine exercise, equipment, massage and relaxation.
Balance and Coordination
Sessions designed to develop stability, postural control and sensorimotor coordination. They may include movement platforms, balance exercises, visual-motor coordination and progress assessment.
Active Longevity
Programmes supporting physical activity, joint mobility, muscle function and balance, with emphasis on exercises relevant to daily life.
Recovery and Relaxation
A combination of moderate physical activity, breathing and relaxation practices, massage and natural surroundings.
Guest Support
Before arrival. Questionnaire, assessment of needs and preparation of the stay plan.
During the stay. Functional assessment, sessions and treatments, programme adjustments and progress tracking.
After departure. Continued personalised support using artificial intelligence technologies, with recommendations for physical activity and independent exercise.
The aim is to encourage regular physical activity, track individual progress and establish an annual cycle of wellness participation, including periodic return visits to the resort.
Wellness as Part of Your Property's Business Strategy
A wellness offering is more than an equipped room: it is a system of services that a hotel can offer its guests. EL NOVARA helps shape that system around the property's characteristics, guest needs and investment objectives.
Additional Revenue Opportunities
Individual paid services, comprehensive stay programmes and add-ons to hotel packages.
Greater Potential Outside Peak Season
Specialised movement, recovery and relaxation programmes can give guests a reason to visit outside the traditional tourist season.
Making Use of Existing Space
Specialised concepts allow hotels to repurpose individual rooms, expand spa areas or introduce new services with an appropriate level of investment.
Investment Budget Planning
Each concept considers available space, equipment, expected guest capacity and staffing requirements. Different equipment levels make investment options easier to compare.
A Distinctive Product
Instead of a conventional treatment list, the property gains programmes with a defined focus, duration and sequence of activities that can be marketed and booked.
Integration into Existing Operations
Solutions can be adapted to both new developments and hotels with established infrastructure.
Equipment as a Standalone Service
Equipment can be used not only within comprehensive programmes but also as a standalone exercise machine or individual service to attract additional visitors, including local residents.

Professional Experience Behind EL NOVARA Concepts

Anton Sychov
More than 30 years of practical experience in restoring movement function, bodywork and rehabilitation.
My approach to developing wellness concepts is grounded in many years of practical work with people experiencing a wide range of movement impairments and limitations.
This experience has taught me to view human movement not simply as physical exercise but as a complex interaction between the nervous system, muscles, joints and sensory mechanisms.
Working with people of different ages, including those recovering from injuries and those with neurological and movement disorders, has demonstrated the importance of selecting activities individually, structuring their sequence and considering each person's functional abilities.
From Practical Experience to a Systematic Approach
My professional work draws on knowledge and experience in biomechanics, movement neurophysiology, functional recovery and motor coordination. It is complemented by the study and practical application of traditional movement systems, including Hatha yoga, as well as kinesiology, manual therapy, massage and other body-oriented approaches.
When developing wellness concepts, I use this knowledge to define functional objectives, select equipment, organise activity sequences and combine different recovery treatments.
Why This Matters to Clients
Advanced equipment alone does not create a coherent recovery programme. Effective use of a wellness space requires an understanding of each device's functional purpose, how treatments complement one another and the rationale for their sequence.
My aim is to translate professional knowledge of movement and recovery into clear, organised and practical programmes for the hotel and recreational industries. The goal is not simply to fill a room with equipment, but to create an integrated wellness concept in which every element has a defined purpose.
